It’s been a long while since I’ve updated this blog for a number of reasons… My first major PhD project has been in full swing all over the summer months and it’s now finally entering post production. The project has been scaled back significantly over the past two months mainly due to a lack of funding; I am now looking at producing a short doc about Norman Croucher, mountaineering and our adventure.
I am currently developing my next major PhD film project – a docudrama with the working title ‘Not for Human Consumption’. The film looks at the impact that the increasing problem of legal high substances is having on young people. The approach will be to use a mixture of actors and non actors and workshop them over a period of months to develop characters thoroughly for an intensive shoot around March/April 2011.

- Sheriff Bickle, Music Video – An experimental video for the band I play in
